These Official Rules govern the Bellah x Exclusive Listening Session of “Adultsville” EP in  Spatial Audio (Dolby Atmos) ahead of it’s official release – Giveaway offered by Base ‘N’ Rebulz Entertainment Limited and Marathon Artists Limited. 

COMPETITION PERIOD: Applications can be submitted beginning at 6:00 p.m. BST on 5  September, 2022 (the “Start Date”) and closing at 11:59 p.m. BST on 8 September, 2022 (the “Closing Date”). 

TO ENTER: To enter, an entrant must have an active email address. All entries must comply  with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the “Entry Requirements” section  below. All entries must be submitted during the Competition Period. Entries will not be  acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of any potential winner,  the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the account used for  entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that  he/she/they is/are the authorized account holder. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to  notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his/her/their email or postal address  during the Competition Period. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies  acceptance of these terms and conditions 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible, entrant must: (1) Follow Bellah on Instagram; (2)  pre-add Bellah’s “Adultsville” EP on Apple Music using the following link:  https://music.apple.com/gb/album/adultsville-apple-music-edition/1641096455 ; (3) provide an active email address and (4) join Bellah’s mailing list. Failure to comply with these Entry  Requirements, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is grounds for an automatic  disqualification from the Competition. 

Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other  automated means are void and will be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated  limit, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or  misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules will be  disqualified from the Competition, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.  

ELIGIBILITY: Competition is open only to entrants who are 18 years of age or older as of the  date of entry. Entry is void where prohibited by law. ID to be presented upon request. 

DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about the 9th of September 2022. All decisions of the judges are final. Prize consists of only those items specifically  described as included in the prize. All fees, applicable taxes, costs and expenses relating to  the use, acceptance and possession of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

PRIZE: Twenty (20) Winners will: have the opportunity to attend a theatre in London to listen  to the “Adultsville” EP (ahead of its official release) in Spatial Audio (Dolby Atmos), on the  16th September 2022, and each Winner is entitled to bring one (1) plus one attendee to the  event (together the “Prize”). Winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the Prize. No cash  equivalent for the Prize, Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as  provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the  listed Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. The Sponsor is not responsible  for any costs incurred by the Winner. 

NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will contact potential winner by emailing a message from a Base  ‘N’ Rebulz Entertainment Limited and Marathon Artists Limited representative to the potential  winner’s email account used to Enter within 30 days of the Closing Date. Winners will be  announced on or before the 12 of September 2022. All instructions provided by Sponsor  must be correctly followed and completed within the time period indicated in such  notification. Noncompliance within any of the time periods will result in disqualification  without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected. Upon prize forfeiture, no  payment or other compensation will be made to the original potential winner. In the event  that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an  alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining entries. There will be three (3)  alternate drawings. After the third such drawing, the prize will remain un-awarded. In the  event of noncompliance with any requirement, the non-complying potential winner will be  disqualified. No substitution, exchange or transfer of Prize except by Sponsor, in which case  a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. 

RELEASE: By participating in the Competition, each entrant unconditionally accepts and  agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor,  including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be  final and binding in all respects. Entrants are solely responsible for their own actions and  agree to hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates and their respective parent, subsidiaries,  divisions and related companies, together with and the respective officers, directors,  employees, agents, successors, assignees and licensees of each of them, and those  companies supplying prizes (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any liability for losses,  damages or injuries arising in connection with their participation in the Competition or the  award or use of a Prize. 

PUBLICITY AND LICENSE: Acceptance of a Prize constitutes consent to Sponsor’s use of  event attendee’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, video submission, opinions and/or  country of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, (including but not  limited to internet and television broadcast) without further consent or compensation except  where prohibited. Uploading an Entry constitutes an entrant’s consent to give Sponsor a  royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish,  create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a  worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, creative, media or  technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes.  If requested, Entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its  designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the entry.

GENERAL CONDITION: Sponsor and each of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations,  and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not  responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or  unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; any error, omission, interruption, defect or  delay in operation or transmission of any Competition-related website; failure of any entry to  be received by Sponsor due to technical problems or human error; printing or other errors.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Competition in the event that  it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. In the event the  Competition is terminated early, a potential Winner will be selected from all eligible entries  received at the time of termination. The winner accepts that the promoter will have the right,  without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing  the winner and for related promotional purposes. Any participation in this competition will  constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to  amend these Terms and Conditions as required. 

DISPUTES: The Competition is governed by the Laws of England and Wales, by entering,  Winner and entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the High Court of Justice  in England in the event any proceedings are brought in connection with these Terms and  Conditions. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO  DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE GIVEAWAY  OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN  VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE  MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH  ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
